Photography Fees

If you wish to use any of my photographs either online or in print you must arrange this with me in advance and pay the appropriate fee. Permission will usually be granted but is judged on a case by case basis.

I charge the minimum NUJ rate, plus ten percent.

The minimum NUJ rates can be found on the NUJ Freelance Fees Guide. Don't forget to add 10%.

In addition, use of a photo on any part of the cover is charged at 2/3 of the full cover rate.

You should credit the photo to "Flash Wilson - www.gorge.org".

If it is discovered that you have used my photograph(s) without permission, you will be invoiced at double my standard fee, to cover my administrative costs in pursuing you.
