The Gorge is the personal website of me, Flash Bristow. Please feel free to look around, and let me know what you think in the guestbook, or drop me a mail. As you can see, the site's had a facelift... Well, just a small one. The site was last overhauled six years ago so it was about time. In the process, I've pruned the sections which are no longer updated. Don't worry, nothing's been deleted and all the old links can be found on the legacy links page, but only content which is regularly reviewed is linked in the sidebar to the left. All pages have a datestamp at the bottom so you can see when each was last updated. Some content - particularly photo pages - may still have a fixed width, but I'm working on that. If you spot any oddities, please let me know. [Read more or leave a comment] There's loads here, but it's hard to know where to start! Curiously, one of the most popular pages is my egg fried rice recipe. (It's only beaten by Glastonbury Festival and electricity pylons.) How about keeping an eye on what I'm up to in my media section? However, my favourite sections are... my travelogue of Iceland where I spent a wonderful honeymoon... my visits to disused underground stations... and I often turn to my gift ideas section for inspiration.
